Experienced? You may not need training at all.
If you have the skills but the offers are not coming, the problem is rarely capability. Job support is our placement work without a course attached — positioning, applications, introductions, interviews, and help after you join.
Three situations we see constantly
You already have the skills
Five, ten, twenty years of experience. You do not need a course — you need someone working the market with you and opening doors that a cold application never will.
Your search has stalled
Applications go in and nothing comes back. Usually the problem is positioning, targeting, or where you are applying — not your capability.
You have a gap in employment
Redundancy, relocation, caring responsibilities, health, a visa wait, a business that did not work out. A gap is workable. Being unable to explain it is what costs interviews.
Six things, until you are placed
No course, no curriculum, no cohort. This is the placement side of what we do, offered on its own.
Positioning and profile
We rewrite your resume and LinkedIn for the roles you are actually targeting and the market you are targeting them in — US, Canada, UK, Australia or India. Same experience, framed so a recruiter reads it in six seconds and shortlists you.
Targeting and applications
We work out which roles you are genuinely competitive for, then apply consistently rather than in bursts. You see what went out, where, and what came back.
Recruiter and employer introductions
We place candidates with employers every week. Where your profile fits a live requirement, you are submitted directly rather than joining a queue on a job board.
Interview preparation
Mock interviews against the actual role, the questions that panel will ask, and rehearsing the hard ones — the gap, the salary, the reason you left. Out loud, until it sounds natural.
Offer and negotiation
We review the offer with you before you respond — base, structure, notice, start date — and help you have the salary conversation without putting the offer at risk.
Support after you join
The first 90 days decide whether the role sticks. Technical help when you are stuck, guidance on your first real deliverables, and someone to call. This is where most providers stop and we do not.
What job support is not
- We are not a job board — we work a shortlist with you, not a volume of listings.
- We do not guarantee placement, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
- We do not charge candidates a fee to be submitted to an employer.
- We will tell you honestly if we do not think we can help, rather than take you on.
Tell us where the search is stuck
A short conversation with an advisor, no obligation. Choose “I am experienced — job support only” on the form and we will skip the training discussion entirely.
