We review your profile
A recruiter reads your resume against the role — not a keyword filter. If it is close but not right, we tell you which roles would fit better.

We prepare you, then submit
If there is a fit, we brief you on the client, the panel and the likely questions before you go forward. You are submitted directly, not queued.

We stay with you after the offer
Offer review, onboarding, and support through your first 90 days so the role actually sticks.
We never charge candidates a fee. If anyone asks you to pay to be submitted to an employer, it is not us.
