Refunds
This Refund Policy sets out when fees paid to Campus4tech can and cannot be refunded. Where you have signed a separate enrolment agreement, the terms of that agreement take precedence over this page.
Training Programs — 3 Day Window
Once your training has commenced, you may request a refund at any point during the first three days of training. After three days of training have elapsed, the fee is non-refundable. This reflects the trainer time, materials and cohort place committed to you from the start of the program.
Marketing and Placement Programs
For marketing, placement and career support programs, no refund is available once either of the following has occurred, whichever comes first: ten days have passed since the program started, or thirty days have passed since payment was received.
Before a Program Begins
If you have paid but your program has not yet started, contact us as early as possible. We will normally either refund the fee or transfer your place to a later cohort, at your preference.
What Is Not Refundable
Fees are non-refundable after the windows described above have closed. This applies regardless of how much of the program you have attended, since your place, trainer allocation and materials are reserved for the full duration once the program begins.
How to Request a Refund
Email Placement@campus4tech.com with your full name, the program you enrolled in, your payment date, and the reason for your request. We will confirm receipt and respond with a decision. Requests are assessed against the dates above, so please include your enrolment and payment dates.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method. The time taken to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control — typically five to ten working days.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you may have under consumer protection law in your country of residence. Where local law provides a stronger right to cancel or refund than this policy, that law applies.
